Stephen has a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA in Strategic Management and broad business experience dating back to 1985, which includes various management and leadership roles. During his first 8 years he worked in various financial related roles. Since 1993 he has devoted much of his time and energy to the work of developing strong, effective leaders.
