CorePath has entered into a partnership with a national diversity recruiting company, JB Scott Search, to provide on-boarding coaching services to newly placed diversity hires and their managers.

As companies continue to invest in the recruitment of diverse employees in order to better serve their markets, the retention of these valued employees is taking on even greater importance.

On-boarding coaching is initiated when a diversity candidate is hired and runs for 6-12 months with the employee and his or her manager.  The coaching helps diverse hires to quickly attune to their new work/social culture, while developing strong working relationships.  Managers improve their competence and gain greater confidence in working with and utilizing the diversity on their teams.  This fosters inclusion and retention of valuable, productive employees.
