CorePath can also work with your organization to provide coaching in a group setting. Utilizing some of the techniques of action learning, the coach will work with groups of between 6-8 people who are facing similar coaching needs.
The coach will facilitate the group such that individuals build competence in their area of need, while the group also gains competence in questioning and consulting to help individual members in their development.
