Leadership Development Groups
Provide a dynamic and supportive environment where participants learn from one another as they develop competence that is aligned with company competencies and goals.
· A small group of 6-8 participants committed to development
· (2) Group Meetings per month, two hours per meeting
· Facilitated by Stephen Sebastian, a certified Integral Leadership Coach
· Members bring their real work situations to discuss with the group
· Members provide counsel to each other during meetings
· Stephen provides “in-the-moment” coaching in meetings
